Weapon Crafting is a core mechanic in Devil Hunter that allows Human players to obtain powerful armaments. While some weapons can be bought from shops or found in raids, the strongest weapons are often crafted by combining base materials and Yen. This guide covers all weapon types and their crafting requirements.
Light weapons like Daggers and Knives prioritize speed and critical hits over raw damage. They are perfect for agile builds that rely on dodging and quick strikes. The 'Kasaka's Fangs' is a notable light weapon that offers high DPS.
Medium weapons, primarily Katanas, offer the best balance between reach, speed, and damage. They are the most popular choice for Human players. Crafting the 'Yamada' or 'Kuchigatana' should be a priority for any swordsman.
Heavy weapons such as Axes and Hammers deal massive damage per hit but have slow swing speeds. They are ideal for tankier builds that can trade hits. The 'Executioner' is a devastating weapon for boss fights.
Firearms provide a ranged alternative for Humans. While they consume ammo or have reload mechanics, they allow you to deal consistent damage safely from a distance. The 'Brainsplasher' is a high-tier firearm with explosive impact.

Crafting requires Devil Flesh (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic) which drops from defeating devils. Higher tier weapons also require special fragments found in high-level zones or raids. Farming 'Hold the Line' missions is efficient for gathering basic materials.
High-tier weapons cost hundreds of thousands of Yen. Ensure you are completing daily quests and high-reward missions to fund your crafting addiction.
Some legendary weapons cannot be crafted and only drop from specific World Events (Raids). However, these raids often drop materials needed for other top-tier craftable weapons.
